New York-based contemporary design duo Nicholas and Christopher Kunz, or simply known as Nicholas K recently unveiled its latest collection for the Spring/Summer 2013 season. Taking place over the ongoing New York Fashion Week, the collection once again showcased the designer’s signature use of layering and strategical incorporation of apt headwear. The collection also shed light on the progression of the label’s transition into incorporating color blocking in with muted and neutral tones. Relaxed silhouettes and draped outerwear make up the majority of the collection, as the choice of colors can’t help but evoke the sense of barren deserts.
