Public Fair No. 1: Sticky Monster Lab

Having been on hand for the inaugural Public Fair No. 1 exhibit earlier this summer that looked to expose the surrounding Hong Kong community to an array of artists from around the world, HYPEBEAST had the esteemed privileged to sit down with the creative collective dubbed Sticky Monster Lab. Founded in 2007, the design studio has built a name for itself with its imaginative story boards, extraordinary 2D illustrations, precise motion graphics and playful toy design, all of which can be found in detail here. In this introspective feature, three of SML’s four members touch on the formation of the group, its core foundations, “The Loner” project and future creations.
