Despite the proliferation of art in Hong Kong, the reality is that a lack of readily available real estate makes for a difficult environment for fledgling artists. Born out of a shared class at the Hong Kong chapter of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), the All-Yen Collaborative partnered with Chicago-based artist Cody Hudson for a mixed medium exhibition offering a unique perspective of Hong Kong. For the All-Yen Collaborative team comprised of Yoav Horesh, Emily Detrick, Nikki Li, Abra Anderson, Logan Zawacki and Loretta Lee, it was an opportunity to exhibit their works in the confines of a high-visibility project and space, taking place in conjunction with the Public Fair No. 1, which occurred earlier this summer. Through an inclusive environment for the arts, the works were a strong addition to the lineup of creatives which also included Suitman and HITOZUKI.
