Amidst the inundation of snapback hats these days, QuintinCo. has always managed to separate itself from the pack by keeping a close focus on not only the final aesthetics of each of its products, but also paying strict attention to the details during each step within the creative progression. For our latest PROCESS feature, Quintin Co. invited our Senior Editor Luis Ruano for a visit to the factory in which the production takes place, to hand select the textiles, colors and individual elements for a special make-up custom hat. For the feature, the team mints a custom all-black-everything 6-panel snapback hat, featuring a melton wool crown, cordura visor, croc leather top panel and suede under visor, capped off by an orange plastic clasp offering just enough contrast.
