Looking at his resume, one comes to think that Jay-Z has done it and got it all. To top things off, the man is about to have his own two-day music festival as well. According to The New York Times, Sean Carter will be the curator of and headlining performer at the first Budweiser Made in America music festival – a two-day event that will boast 28 musical acts to Fairmount Park in Philadelphia on September 1-2. This also explains the mysterious video that appeared online a few days ago. The festival, which will be produced by Live Nation and is expected to be announced on a Monday morning news conference with Jay-Z and Mayor Michael A. Nutter of Philadelphia, will offer an eclectic lineup of “rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and dance” musicians. Part of the proceeds of the ticket sales will go to local non-profits via the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. The tickets go on sale on May 28 via ticketmaster and Live Nation.
