Designed by French architecture firm Gilles & Boissier for Milan-based fashion house Moncler, the “Sit on My Doudoune” Sofa sees a piece of furniture fitted with quilted materials synonymous with the Italian brand. The one-off piece is crafted out of goose down with graphic horizontal stitching that reflects the detailing of many luxurious vests from Moncler. First presented as part of Milan Design Week 2012, “Sit on My Doudone” (translated as Sit on My Jacket) is a one-of-a-kind piece that captures the spirit of both storied purveyors of fine things.
