A singing icon teams up with a potential icon in the making on “Dayglo Reflection,” Bobby Womack’s latest single featuring Lana Del Rey. The collaboration is set to feature on Womack’s 27th studio album The Bravest Man In The Universe, which is due for a June 11 release via XL Recordings. Speaking about working with the 25-year-old New Yorker, Womack told NME:
“She’s one of a kind. I’ve never sung with a girl like that before.”
The track is an upbeat infusion of jazz and soul with a tranquil piano composition that heartens both Womack and Del Rey’s voices. Enjoy!
