Last night, the 2012 Billboard Music Awards have brought together an array of music stars to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Among the stage highlights was undoubtedly the Whitney Houston tribute performance that saw John Legend channeling “The Greatest Love Of All” and Jordin Sparks reciting “I Will Always Love You.” After the set, Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina accepted the Millennium Award on her mother’s behalf. Other stage sets encompassed choreography-heavy live shows by Usher and Chris Brown.
Adele has been crowned the big winner of last night taking home an impressive amount of twelve awards which included the Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Pop Artist awards. The songstress is followed by LMFAO withe six awards, and Lil Wayne and Coldplay following with four award wins.See the full winner’s list below.
