Later this month Melbourne’s Backwoods Gallery and the House of Bricks Studio will serve as the home to new exhibits from two of Australia’s most highly regarded street artists, PHIBS and protege Brad Eastman (aka Beastman). The galleries will jointly display a connected exhibition of PHIBS’s “Perfectly Imperfect” and Beastman’s “Natural Progression,” a continuation of his 2011 project “Cosmic Nature.” This showing effectively unites their signature styles and innovative works. Set to kick off on April 27 with an opening scheduled to take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the joint exhibition, presented by House of Bricks and curated by Alexander Mitchell, will remain on display through May 6.
