Nevermind the rather disturbing artwork, the music is gold. In honors for the upcoming Record Store Day, Feist releases her much-anticipated collaboration with Mastodon on Cherrytree/Interscope/Reprise. Touted as Feistodon, the split single will be released as a limited edition 7” and boasts Feist covering Mastodon’s “Black Tongue” and the band returning the favor to cover Feist’s “A Commotion.” Listen to the audio frenzy below.
