Following up on its last collaboration, mastermind JAPAN has opted once again to work with respected footwear manufacturer, Timberland. This time around, the Japanese brand has taken Timberland’s chukka model and modified it by adding a new rubber sole and a zipped lace cover to creating a more modern design from the American brand. The materials have also been improved upon, with a premium waterproof nubuck upper used, along with the addition metal mmJ Skull and Timberland motifs attached to the heel area and tags. Look for the mastermind JAPAN x Timberland 2012 spring/summer chukka to release in June at select locations.
