Danny Brown links up with UK producer Darq E Freaker for a new single titled “Blueberry (Pills & Cocaine),” of which visuals for the track directed by Yoni Lappin were also premiered today on Noisey. On this cut, the Detroit rapper embraces the latest sub-genre to stem out of the UK ‘British Trap’ – a dark, menacing twist on its U.S. bass-heavy counterpart. The video was shot in the government housing districts of London and involves quick transitions between a group of gallivanting twenty-somethings and Danny Brown laying down his verses for the camera.
