ACQTASTE Magazine presents this vision into Le Gros Jambon, a home-cooked and hearty-style eatery in Montreal. As a reaction to pre-made or preserved meals, much of the menu maintains a wholesome nostalgic view with pastries and cakes, to hamburgers and poutine – a Québec staple. The space incorporates vintage artwork into the design as a reflection of many recipes from the diner era. Despite the limited space, Le Gros Jambon offers filling fare combined with a truly retro setting.
