Fixing what ain’t broke – the Hennessy Performance slogan must ring akin. After all, “We’ve been taking fast cars and have been making them faster for over twenty years,” says owner and founder John Hennessy. We’re talking about the McLaren MP4-12C with a HPE800 Twin Turbo engine upgrade that will take stock 592bhp to over 800bhp. Leaving only the suspension and brake system alone, Hennessy’s improvements include an upgraded intercooler and air intake system, upgraded ball-bearing turbochargers, Hennessy titanium exhaust system, external wastegates and blow-off valves, upgraded fuel and engine management system, upgraded transmission cooler, upgraded transmission clutch system, custom dyno-tuned engine calibration, and a Hennessy warranty. The Hennessy CarbonAero body upgrade, Hennessy Monoblock wheels, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and a Hennessy custom carbon fiber interior, Alcantara and leather upgrades are also available by request. Prices have not yet been revealed.
