Japanese brand Head Porter promotes a new series for Spring/Summer 2012, branded “Tanker Olive Drab.” Much in the same vein with its past “CREW” collection, the most perceptible hint of military styling throughout the series would be the choice of color as well as a high-tenacity fabric which comes in the form of a 100d nylon. The aesthetic relies heavily on quality and simplicity – facets have characterized Head Porter for some time now. Each piece boasts a military-centric army color scheme with minimal elements of khaki found on straps and zip pulls. The collection is now available through Head Porter with prices ranging from ¥7,560 JPY (approximately $93 USD) to ¥49,035 JPY (approximately $605 USD).
