Amidst the overabundance of contemporary and prefab homes, we took notice of a unique and impressive build from Formwerkz Architects. Aptly titled “Black & White House,” the 12,000-square-foot residence plays up its expansive floorspace by way of three cleanly separated build-outs that manage to include a 50m swimming pool, jacuzzi and koi pond amidst the relatively taut land lot. Six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms in total, the Black & White House earns its name from the mostly monochromatic exterior build that was constructed from black and white granite – a selection that affords the abode a rather forward yet elegant aesthetic. Whether strategically or not, the imagery further supplements the home’s covetous lifestyle appearance with the inclusion of a white Lamborghini – not a bad addition to an already impressive garage.
