A first look at the upcoming sci-fi thriller Oblivion has been made available via this first official movie trailer. Based on Joseph Kosinski’s graphic novel, protagonist Tom Cruise is portrayed as a drone repairman in this future-apocalyptic storyline, when his locating of a downed spacecraft reshapes his role on a now mostly uninhabited Earth. April 2013 marks the IMAX and theater release of Oblivion, with Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau featured in supporting roles.
