Danny! Partners with HYPETRAK, Okayplayer & Sonos for Remix Contest

In support of his latest album Payback, Danny! is launching a remix contest on conjunction with HYPETRAK, Okayplayer and Sonos. Danny! wants all you “bedroom beatmakers, polished producers, and MPC emptiers” to do a remix to his Payback cut, “Myintrotoletuknow” – the crazier the better (acapella here). The prize package includes $500, a pair of wireless hi-fi speakers from Sonos, an Okayplayer Records “starter pack” (Danny!’s Payback album and Jennah Bell’s Live At Mother NY EP), and recognition on each sponsor’s respective sites. Participants can download the WAV files for the acapella here. Once you have created your rendition, send the track (must be 320kbps MP3) to okayplayerremixcontest@gmail.com. Deadline is December 28.
