The Internet - Give It Time

The Odd Future duo comprised of Syd Tha Kid and Matt Martians, known as The Internet, presents their newest single, titled “Give It Time.” The first official release since their debut LP Purple Naked Ladies, the song is made up of Martians’ characteristic off-kilter chord progressions and Syd’s smooth vocals. To this point, the group’s appeal has been in delivering an alternative sound characterized somewhere between indie rock, pop and R&B, while delivering to young fans internationally via their personal lyrics. Having said that, the song differs from previous releases in that it seemingly exhibits a more concrete, melodic structure that likely is a preview of what to expect from them in the future.
