Accessories label MIANSAI has been catching on as of late, and fitting so — the brand has become known for its signature fishhook bracelets and cuffs, spotted on the wrists of celebrities and industry professionals alike. Founder and creative director Michael Saiger started the label by turning his passion for collectibles into handmade accessories, inspired by everything from childhood memories of New England beaches to his mother’s antique shop. The resulting designs are simultaneously preppy, rustic, classic and timeless, accessories that add deft finishing touches to both casual and formal outfits. Made with an array of quality materials — U.S. military-grade custom rope, fine Italian leather, silver and solid brass among them — each piece is crafted by hand in Miami. Recent collaborations with GQ, Mosley Tribes, and a new line of panama hats meanwhile, hint at bigger and greater things in MIANSAI’s future.

A selection of MIANSAI’s accessories for Fall/Winter 2012 are available now from our online store.
