Korea-based label VIVASTUDIO introduces its latest collection for Fall/Winter 2012. Having a solid track record for bringing strong outerwear to the table — from parkas, down vests and leather jackets — VIVASTUDIO applies its forward-thinking “Corporate Rock & Roll” concept to each one of its new pieces. Comparing the label to a Magnolia flower, designer Youngmin Lee meticulously nurtures the winter lineup with time and passion, as the flower usually blossoms in spring. Combining technical components along with remarkable attention to detail in sewing and fabric selection, the line remains simple as solid, toned-down colors give the garments a “motion amidst rest” sensation — signaling the winter season. The entire collection will be made available at VIVASTUDIO’s online store and at select stockists.
