After recently receiving a fairly off-kilter and somewhat brash open letter from Charles Manson, today Marilyn Manson returns with a new visual treat. The track, “Hey, Cruel World…” was pulled from Manson’s latest album release, Born Villain, which debuted in the Top 10 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart.
