ANIMAL continue on with their latest episode of Animals Eating Animals, an ongoing effort to highlight some of New York’s culinary protein-based oddities. This time around, the two hosts (Jeffrey Ryan Creager of The Beagle and Jan Warren of Dutch Kills) make their way to the Cantonese favorite of dim sum at Congee on the Bowery. For most Asians, the dishes are certainly not regular fare but most likely not something that hasn’t graced your dining table before including chicken feet, congealed blood and other bits of offal.
