Coldplay - Hurts Like Heaven

Coldplay is set to release Live 2012, the band’s first concert film/live album of nine years, on November 19. Documenting the band’s Mylo Xyloto world tour, the album coincides with the arrival of their new tune “Hurts Like Heaven,” the fifth single of their current offering Mylo Xyloto. Today, we can see the accompanying visual, which is presented in a comic book format. Recounting the story of two lovers on an alien planet who rebel against a dictatorship, the clip also supports Coldplay’s upcoming comic series about a character named Mylo Xyloto, who is “a young Silencer on the front lines of a war against sound and colour in the world of Silencia.” Copies of the first issue were made available at San Diego Comic-Con International back in July, but are scheduled to hit stands in February 2013.
