Continuing to push the boundaries of utilitarian fashion with a strong streetwear underpinning, Giuliano Fujiwara previews its Fall/Winter 2012 collection under the creative lead of Masataka Matsumura. Inspired by the heavy-duty outerwear pieces commonly worn by the Inuit people from the arctic regions of Canada, Matsumura has developed these traditional styles with both natural and technical fabrics and oversized silhouettes. Featuring numerous classic options including sophisticated coats, wool jackets and pleated cropped trousers, the collection also welcomes a series of hybrid shoes and unique accessories. In addition, a selection of mature hues including beige, brown and camel pay homage to the natural colors of aboriginal attire.
