2012 Alpina Heritage Pilot

Through its past, Alpina has been held in high-regard for its manufacturing of official timepieces for both the military and Air Force. For 2012, the brand taps the past to release the 2012 Heritage Pilot which updates some signature design elements dating back 80-90 years with a hand-wound pocket watch caliber, hinged case and of course appropriate branding on the dial. The limited run of 1,883 pieces is a nod of respect to the foundation of Union Hologere – Alpina’s registering company in 1901. Over the years, Alipina’s philosophy has revolved around the four core values each watch must posses: anti-magnetism, water-resistance, anti-shock, and a stainless steel case.
