Famed chef and expert restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa introduces a new cookbook focusing on healthy Japanese fine dining. Nobu’s Vegetarian Cookbook is his first cookbook that’s entirely meatless – it includes plenty of tips and tricks to bring out the best flavor in all veggies and leave the eater’s palette completely satisfied. The book explores a variety of vegetable delights, including ten recipes for sweets and fifteen for cocktails. Look for Nobu’s Vegetarian Cookbook come February 2012 through Rizzoli.
