Fashion designer Donna Karen has long since been a proponent of philanthropy, and thanks to her latest charity Urban Zen (with Sonja Nuttal), her aim is to add a commerce element to her charity work.  Filmmaker David Belle of the Cine Institute treks to Haiti as Karen explores the artisan crafts that are both timeless and seasonless in nature, and which embody the creative spirit of the resilient island nation.  All proceeds go back to Urban Zen to continue the cycle of artistic healing.
