Aesop‘s temporary kiosk at Grand Central New York may not be open anymore, but the Australian cosmetics label is back with something concrete by opening its first standalone store in the city’s Nolita area. The retail store explores different construction possibilities through the usage of various materials including copies of The New York Times as a building material. Another installation that adds to this already unique space is the screening of Criterion films on the walls. Definitely a spot to check out if you’re in the area.
