Stephan Schneider is not exactly a name that has been plastered across the glossy pages of most fashion publications, yet the Belgian designer displays a strong sensibility and the keen eye of a professional in his latest menswear collection. Entitled “Frozen Waves,” the line is not particularly colorful – sticking to a palette of beiges, greys, blacks and navys – but instead chooses to differentiate itself through the use of texture, masterfully layering items such as thin, knit shawl collar cardigans underneath plush, structured blazers and exquisitely-detailed toggle coats. Available now at South Willard, Schneider’s collection is definitely one to watch.
