Perhaps owing to their love for nature and the 480 bird species found in the region, Stockholm-based Note Design Studio have created the Boet Stools (which means “nest” in Swedish). Equipped with a metal bowl and soft cork to sit on, this revolutionary design by Johan & Nystrom hands together a sense of humor through shape, color and use of materials. With this unique stool exhibiting soon at the “COUPLICITE” exhibition during Maison et Object in Paris, the Boet Stool era looks set to take off away from its comfort zone and into the global market.
