Madlib to release remix album

As initially announced, Madlib will conclude his popular Madlib Medicine Show series with the 12th installment. On that note, the influential producer has now prepared the final episode which is set to host unsuspecting collaborators that “run the gamut from thugs, street poets, star emcees and underdogs.” This basically means that we are in for plenty of surprises. In addition, Stones Throw informs us that there are plans to bless live audiences with a special Madlib live set:

In November and December Madlib will hit six as-of-yet-to-be-announced North American cities, taking his Medicine Show LIVE. While the particulars are being sorted out, we’re hearing rumors of J. Rocc sets, live screen printing by Hit+Run of limited edition vinyl, and surprise guests – including one with whom he’s currently working on a collaborative album. (And we do not mean the metal faced guy.)
