Parisian retailer and creative agency BlackRainbow team up with CAT to develop a new sneaker due to launch this December. Looking into the history of the Caterpillar brand, the team of Greg Hervieux and Jay Smith worked up a design that features CAT’s workwear aesthetic with a modern take on detailing. Most notable is a camouflage canvas print seen on the heel, with nylon ripstop paneling and a premium leather upper. Heavy duty hex eyelets and moc toe stitching add a rugged element to the rather refined silhouette, expected to release in three colorways.
