Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN x Mackintosh Capsule Collection

After we exclusively revealed their upcoming release with A Bathing Ape, Mackintosh are back with a new collaboration, this time with Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN. Junya Watanabe has taken the classic Royal Mail jacket and given it his own twist by adding some large metal hooks and rings to the front and using the traditional checked lining. Extra subtle detailing around the pockets and hem complete the conversion. Next up we have the Workman jacket. Once again reflective strips have been applied to the body with large buttons down the front and on the lapel pockets. A waist drawcord has been added along with another removable drawstring hood and the ever-present check lining. Both jackets will be available at Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN stockists soon.
