Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN Wool Jacquard Blazer

Junya Watanabe began designing for leading fashion house COMME des GARCONS over 20 years ago after studying fashion in Tokyo in the early ’80s. Originally the protégé of COMME des GARCONS founder Rei Kawakubo, Junya is now one of the most prolific and influential designers in the industry. Jacquard blazers were at the center of Junya’s fall show, mixed with outdoor-inspired shirts and jackets to give a striking and unique look to the collection. This is a perfect example of one of the blazes seen on the runway, with a striking Fair Isle pattern, melton wool chest pocket and sleeves, and suede elbow and back patches. The blazer is constructed from wool and buggy lined with silk. Priced at £1,255 GBP (approximately $2,060 USD) it is now available through End Clothing.
