Surfer Mitch Abshere had an idea to fuse art, music and performance together on surfboard fins; thus, Captain Fin Co-Op was born. Working with surfers like Joel Tudor, Alex Knost, Jason Collins, Herbie Fletcher and Andrew Doheny, Captain Fin Co. has truly embraced and supported the creativity of its riders. This fall, Vans present their second collab with the Captain, along with help from team riders Alex Knost and Andrew Doheny, who both created artwork for their respective Vans shoes and fins. Alex contributes an all-black Del Norte and bright orange Lanai sandal, while Andrew colored up a black and navy SRPLS featuring funky art on the insole. Shown here is the Del Norte, which is now available to purchase through Premier.
