Alexander Lee Chang x Vans Chukka Boots

New from Vans, the venerable skate brand known for its inventive and playful collaborations with the likes of Supreme and Marc Jacobs among others, comes this pair of chukka boots designed by Alexander Lee Chang. Chang, a Japanese pro-skater turned fashion designer, is clearly an excellent choice of collaborator for the Vans brand as he is familiar with their heritage as well as the design process. By swathing the shoes with Vans’s famous checkerboard design but updating them with an asymmetrical patent lather detail and crown decal on the midsole, Chang has created a truly eye-popping pair of sneakers.
