Nas & Mobb Deeb Joint Album in the Making?

Following the announcement of the Rock the Bells 2011 lineup where both Mobb Deep and Nas are scheduled to perform their classic gems, HipHop DX talked to MD’s Havoc and found out that the QB veterans are also in for a potential union that should please any hip-hop fan.

“We’re gonna do a Mobb Deep and Nas album. It hasn’t begun but we tipped the iceberg a little bit with the ‘Dog Shit.’ I think as we was working, doing songs back and forth with Nas recently, I think it was just a mutual thought, like, ‘Yo, let’s make a fucking album.’ Everybody was like, ‘Yeah, that would be dope. Fuck it, what we waiting for? Let’s do it.’”

The trio has recently unleashed their grimey “Dog Shit,” which could now be the very beginning of future extensive studio sessions. What are your thoughts on this?
