Dr. Romanelli "Summers on the Fringe" Vest

Dr. Romanelli goes bananas on this latest creation as he presents his “Summers on the Fringe” vest. Surely a bit more head-scratching than most of his previous designs, the vest pays homage to fringe detailing as we see it enforced on the front and wrapping around the back.
