Wiz Khalifa - Fly You x G Shyt

After a big first week of sales for Rolling Papers last week, it appears that the tracks that didn’t make the cut for Wiz Khalifa’s major label debut album have begun to leak. Based on the tag at the beginning of these two songs, which are entitled “Fly You” and “G Shyt,” they can be identified as production works of Drumma Boy, the Tennessee native whose list of hip-hop production credits is seemingly endless—among it is “Phone Numbers” off of Wiz’s Cabin Fever mixtape and DJ Drama’s recently released single, “Oh My,” which features Wiz, Fabolous and Roscoe Dash. While “G Shyt” may be a tad more vulgar than most of the tracks on Rolling Papers, both songs possess a similar sound to ones that can be found on the album. Maybe Wiz felt they weren’t up to par with the others, or perhaps they sounded too much like the others and didn’t fit into the grand scheme of things? Who knows.
