Nike Sportswear unveils the away version of its FFF jersey, part of the brand’s partnership with the French Football Federation and its continued apparel collection. Inspired by the traditional French smock, the design represents a cultural bond between the country’s national team and its own distinct heritage, captured by fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld. French football captain Alou Diarra dons the jersey in the short video above, instantly evoking a rich nautical aesthetic: elegant and refined. A release for the new outdoor jersey is scheduled for March 26, 2011 at Nike Stadium Paris.

Raphael Saadiq: Good Man Standing

Soul Music has been enduring a rough period for some time now. While other music genres somehow managed to reinvent themselves from time to time, Soul seems to be stuck in some sort of dead ankle where artists look for the adequate approach to deliver their artform. The intention to balance out innovations with classic influences has become a hard task for more than just a few R&B acts.
