The arrival of Lupe Fiasco’s Lasers does not interrupt the flow of new or previously unreleased records from the Chicago rapper. Here comes a track that did not make the final cut of the album. Entitled “Stereo Sun,” you probably caught the unfinished version earlier. Now in its finished glory, the track features vocal assistance by crooning Eric Turner and offers some radio-friendly elements. Instead of gracing the Lasers tracklist, the song ended up on the album Third Strike of UK rapper Tinchy Stryder. Should Lupe have kept this tune for his LP or was he right to giving it away? Just think of the original version of “Nothing On You”.
