Soulland 2011 Fall/Winter Collection

At the runway presentation for Soulland’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection, it was hard to mistake the obvious military references. From the red, white and blue watch bands to the large stars and stripes motif adorning one of the knit vests, designer Silas Adler made it clear that his models were walking to the beat of a very different fashion drum. With cleverly tailored utilitarian jackets and coats effortlessly layered over slim-fitted collared shirts, it’s easy to see why Soulland is well on its way to being the next big thing in menswear.
