Tokyo-based breakbeat duo HIFANA recently took to the streets of their bustling hometown city to test out the Fresh Push Play iPhone app. The powerful iOS device application empowers its users with the ability to record and sample sounds into a streamlined beat-making user interface. Spending the day sampling some of the most unexpected and unconventional sounds, the day’s adventures culminated with an intimate live performance by HIFANA at the Tokyo Bay later that night in which the duo fired off their original composition to a select group of fans. Developed by HIFANA in conjunction with W+K Tokyo Lab and Rhizomatiks, Fresh Push Play is now available for a free download through the iTunes app store.
