After making the jump from fashion designer to retail store owner, Kazuki Kuraishi and his Tokyo-based store Heather Grey Wall unveil the latest collaboration “Thunderbolt” collection alongside NEIGHBORHOOD. The like-minded duo set out to create a pair of rider jackets constructed with DiAPLEX laminated nylon. Both luxurious and intelligently crafted pieces are mocked up with a series of tonal zippers and double-buckled hardware. Velcro cuffs and brushed metal snap buttons round out the collaborative pieces. Arriving with a tag of ¥81,900 JPY (approx. $1,050 USD) each, the range will be available beginning 2012 through NEIGHBORHOOD and Heather Grey Wall.
