2012 Grammy Nominations Concert Performances

Besides unveiling the nominees for the upcoming 53th Grammy Awards, The Grammy Nominations Concert obviously offered some memorable live performances as well. Last night’s highlight was undoubtedly the commemoration of Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five being inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, when this evening’s host LL Cool J, Lupe Fiasco and Common joined the hip-hop pioneers on stage for a more than special dedication performance of “The Message.” In addition, Lady Gaga, who was dressed like a skeleton, kicked off the event quite in style with a live rendition of her “Marry The Night” single. The always beautiful Rihanna offered “We Found Love” whereas Ludacris went country with Jason Aldean.
