Walley Films: Wonder Object by Gary Schott

Director duo Mark and Angela Walley present a short documentary titled “Wonder Object” that looks to canvass Gary Schott, a metalsmith who’s playful and beautiful mechanized objects convey above all, a sense of humor and individualism that is rare to come by in this particular line. In the video, Gary talks about his inspiration for his quirky designs, which while functioning are probably not all too practical. The documentary was made with the Southwest School of Art, where Gary is the chair of the metals department.
