Hypetrak Premiere: Crookers - Hummus (Maribou State Remix)

“Hummus” is the brand new Crookers single that the Italian duo have described as “an unusual tribute to the best beach bangers in the history of music, imagine “Show Me Love” if Robin S were schizo.” Their words, not mine but you can see where they’re coming from. “Hummus” has all the attributes of a main room juggernaut whilst all the while niggling away at those filthy Crookers/Gonzo heartstrings that lie deep inside all of us. Crookersʼ Dr.Gonzo album is out now on iTunes and features a host of hot name producers rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in gonzo style. It should also be noted that Diplo has signed the project to his Mad Decent imprint. Moving along, they duo will also be releasing the Hummus EP on Monday, November 21, which includes four official remixes.
