World renowned Singaporean club Zouk celebrated its 20th anniversary this past Friday with a little help from Dr. Martens and 20 talented young artists. Artisans from all walks of life were commissioned to create a custom pair of the timeless 1461 Dr. Martens, which are currently up for auction on eBay. Fashion can certainly be its own art from, but when you allow young artistic creators to take a blank canvas like the 1461s and go H.A.M., you get something truly inspirational and special. The auctions will continue until October 14 and all proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, so don’t be so frugal, use it as a tax wright-off.
