The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in collaboration with UNIQLO launch the “Message Art Now!” limited

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in collaboration with UNIQLO launch the “Message Art Now!” limited edition T-shirt collection to commemorate the opening of the retailer’s largest flagship store yet at the corner of Fifth Avenue in New York. Produced under UNIQLO’s acclaimed T-shirt sub-label, UT, the series invited Matthew Brannon, DETEXT, Franklin Evans, Liz Mogel, Emily Roysdon and other New York-based artists to contribute their own unique message-driven graphic tee design for the project. Retailing for $19.90 USD each, the T-shirts will be sold exclusively through the MoMA store beginning October 14, with all purchases going to support the exhibitions and programs at the Museum of Modern Art. All 12 contributing artists were chosen by Klaus Biesenbach, Chief Curator and Director of the MoMA PS1 Contemporary Art Center.
